My name's Juan-Salvador Carrasco and I'm 14.

[For those who care: My name is a compound name, Juan-Salvador being my first name, and Carrasco being my last name. Salvador is NOT my middle name.]

I'm not really a photographer. I've taken a few decent photos, and I've messed around on photoshop. That's it.

I love photography nonetheless, and I'm always excited when I see a unique photograph, or a photograph that moves me— one that makes me feel something.

I believe that photography helps people see the world more clearly, and to appreciate what they experience and see during their lives. By putting life into a rectangular frame, photography helps people focus on the good stuff in life, so they can better understand the meaning of life. That's why I'm here on flickr.

You should check out my new group called Critique and Comment. It may have a daunting title, but it should be really fun if you're into giving and receiving feedback about photos.
