I'm not sure of the things I'd like to say, but I'm sure of the things I don't. I was taught to refrain from speaking when I don't have relevant things to say. That makes me too silent and boring.

So, in order to be loud and amusing, I'll say some of the stuff that I shouldn't say, and stumble through what I'd like to say - hopefully meaning some of what is said.
