I am a recently retired nurse, and having a great time with my new digital camera. I have been taking pictures with film cameras for the past 4-5 decades starting with a Brownie camera back in the 50's. I love the digital format and being able to instantly delete undesirable photos.

I am new to flickr, and with all the photos to view I feel like the proverbial kid in a candy store. I am still learning about both photography and this site, and want to learn more if you are willing to put up my questions.
