I am in the mannequin "biz" and I design for a company that produces mannequins. I've been in the visual merchandising industry long enough to almost be considered a relic.

I miss the good old days when there was a variety of different department stores that had great windows and specialty stores that had actual windows and display staffs that produced real displays. Yes, there are still some of those stores around but unfortunately they are now the exception and not the rule.
