I'm a former NASA photographer. From 1986 to 1998 I did engineering and documentary photography, videography and video editing at the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

Prior to that I did engineering high speed photography for the US Army Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. (*and other duties as assigned such as driving tanks and armored personnel carriers, test firing Dragon anti-tank missiles, firing 105mm howitzers, etc)

I discovered Flickr in November of 2007 and have been totally blown away at the amount of wonderful work being done out there. I spend hours exploring the site looking at photos. I think sites like Flickr are the best thing to happen to photography since film replaced glass.
