Life in a moment

 

Life is a breeze, a fresh morning breeze that, joyous, it warms in the sun of the day, to be heavy into the sunset of life. A concept independent of time and history of each individual, but a sure fate which, sooner or later, everyone awaits, inexorably.

Men and women can only use this time as best as possible, trying to leave the best memories of themselves to others, in a kaleidoscope of images maybe lasted a while but kept forever in the minds and hearts of those they loved.

 

Try to live each of these little moments like the last ...

A few months ago, after years of interruption, I started again with photography.

A passion that I thought definitively dormant, forgotten, along with many other interests of my youth, in the whirl of everyday life. But sometimes the roads of life return to cross again, so it was for me and this wonderful visual art.

The rediscovery of a world that has now changed, from the film (remember the fabulous Kodachrome, or the amazing colors of Velvia?) to the digital support. A leap unimaginable just two decades ago, now a wonderful reality.

I'll have to retrace the beginnings of path, but now I am well aware of the stimuli present in me.

 

NB: One day I will have to decide how to digitize my old archive of slides, but that's another story...
