I am the daughter of Staff Sgt. Gary Hawkins who is a public affairs specialist in the U. S. Army. He is currently at Camp Anaconda in Balad, Iraq. I set up this account to upload any photos he sends me while in Iraq so our family and friends can see what he's up to. We love him a lot and are very proud of him and his fellow soldiers.

Update: Now, as of November 15th, Staff Sgt Gary Hawkins has finally returned home safely from Iraq. Our family is so thankful to have him back. Thanks to all for viewing his photos and supporting what he and the military do for our country.

Update: Gary Hawkins passed away on June 2, 2014 from cancer. This account remains as a dedication to his love of photography and his family.
