I currently live near Bury St Edmunds in the county of Suffolk, England.
More engineer than artist, I have enjoyed photography since I first used my parents' Kodak Brownie Reflex, just like this one:

I got the first camera of my own at the age of 10 in 1963. It was a new model, the Kodak Instamatic 100, like this:
I used this camera right through my stay in Hong Kong between 1964 and 1967, getting remarkably good pictures on Kodachrome and Ektachrome transparency film.
At that time I also borrowed my father's Yashica J5 SLR (which I still have):
as well as using a Canon 8 EEE standard 8 cine camera seen here with my mother in control:
(See www.standard8.org/cameras/eee.php)
Since then I have used my Sony DSC-P9 Compact digital camera, a Canon DSLR and of course nowadays my mobile phone.
I am obsessed by tree silhouettes, and some might think by pictures of myself.
