I'm a freelance photographer; for my day-to-day work I document fine arts and handmade crafts for clients working in a variety of media. For my own creative expression, I am attracted to colorful, offbeat, kitschy, and just plain weird subject matter. 35mm color slides have been my life, and although I am fully transitioned to digital photography, I still use film when and where it is appropriate (fire, sunsets, astrophotography) and have a lifetime supply of the original Fujichrome Velvia 50 in my freezer.
