How can you become such a good friend,through Flickr,without ever meeting a person? First of all,you must admire that persons photography~then,you enter into a dialogue,and through this you "feel" that persons emotions,character and sensitivity. Elaine is one of the best photographers I have the pleasure to know~her technical skills are very pleasing,her artistic way of producing her pics is very evident,but best of all,Elaine is able to communicate feelings and emotions through this medium of Flickr,altogether making her work very popular in the Flickr community.Elaine puts up with my silly jokes,and is such a beacon of light in times when I don't feel so bright. If you look at Elaine's photographic portfolio it is impressive to say the least. It is so refreshing to read all the positive comments on her work and also view the quality of her shots. She shoots a variety of subjects and guess what? she captures them very well. In the short time that I have been her Flickr friend I have followed her work and to me she has mastered one of the most difficult aspects of photography and that is, to me: composition. If this is just a modest beginning for Elaine then her future as a photographer will be full of creative potential. Great job Elaine!

I've known Elaine for a good few years now and her interest in photography has only really bloomed over recent months - however, what is noticeable is that the quality of her work has so improved from earlier in the year - so much so that quite a number of her shots can really match most on Fllckr. Her confidence has grown and her eye for a photograph has really taken off certainly taking shots not dreamed off only a short space of time ago - I have enjoyed working with Elaine and I look forward to seeing what she will come up with next - congratulations
