I used to be on flickr a long time ago.....put down my camera for a long break - about a decade. Last year, when the pandemic started, I decided to get back into photography, so I bought a used dslr. In re-opening this account, I will try and post every day. I am very much a novice. No training or schooling or workshops, certainly not a professional. -- I usually take pictures, when I'm on road trips and travels. Please don't be overly critical of my work - this is supposed to be a fun hobby after all. I came back to flickr because I think this is a good medium to learn from others and improve my technique. Suggestions are always welcome. My philosophy is simple - there is something good and something not so good in every photo. I am generous in giving out favorite stars, if I clicked your photo as a favorite that means your image moved me in some way. I rarely comment on photos, but will if my opinion is sought out. My goal is to work on a specific thing every week and try to improve at this hobby.
