Born in Hungary, Attila is a self-taught photographer who has been making images since childhood. He began with an old TLR camera, photographing portraits and landscapes, and his first published image appeared in a local newspaper, documenting a school football championship.
He spent nearly a decade in the USA and Canada, where he worked in fashion and still-life photography. His work now centres on a versatile and experimental approach to conceptual art, artistic nude, nostalgic imagery, people, nature, and visual storytelling.
Attila’s photography is eclectic, lyrical, and often deeply atmospheric. He works across film, digital cameras, and smartphone photography, choosing the tool that best suits the image rather than limiting himself to one format.
His photographs have been published in numerous magazines, newspapers, and websites, though his main focus remains on exhibitions, particularly in international venues. His work has been shown in the USA, Canada, Italy, Spain, France, the UK, Norway, and Hungary. He held a solo retrospective exhibition in Hungary on 5 June 2019, and exhibited in Rome and Trondheim during 2023–24.
His artworks are held in private collections from Texas to Switzerland. He is an AFIAP Gold Medal winner and is also a dedicated hobbyist bird photographer.
