Born in 1978 in Kempten, Germany, I have photographed since my teens. Today I work in black and white, on film, in long-term projects in which each picture stands on its own. What interests me is human presence in everyday, lived-in places — less the big moment than what is easily overlooked. A number of exhibitions and competition placements have come along the way. Photography is the deliberate counterweight to a technically-minded profession.
