I am a visual storyteller drawn to everyday moments that quietly reveal the strength, dignity, and beauty of people’s lives.
My photography is shaped by years of working in development and humanitarian communication, where I document real stories of women, families, and communities navigating resilience in complex circumstances. Much of my work comes from Bangladesh, particularly Cox’s Bazar, where life unfolds in powerful, intimate ways - through motherhood, childhood, work, care, and survival.
I am especially interested in photographing women’s lives across generations: grandmothers, mothers, midwives, young girls, and newborns. These moments often feel ordinary, but they hold the deeper story of community, continuity, and hope.
Before working in humanitarian communications, I studied journalism, psychology, and English, and later completed a master’s in Development Communication. My academic and professional background continues to influence how I see images — not just as photographs, but as narratives about society, dignity, and human connection.
For me, photography is less about perfection and more about presence. It is about noticing quiet expressions, small gestures, and the environments people build around themselves.
This space is where I share those moments. 📷❤️
