My interest in landscape photography started in the 1980's with my love of bushwalking, it further developed when I moved to Alice Springs. The unique landscape, clear blue skies and outback colours of Central Australia provided many photo opportunities, examples of which are shown in my albums.

It is now 2026 and I have the time to revisit those early landscape images, digitise them and bring them back to life, generally I'm pleased with the results and how the film has lasted over the decades (many were intially scanned earlier this century). My photographic equipment back in the 1990's was fairly basic and most of the photos were taken without a tripod so the images may not be particularly sharp.

Throughout this year I will add to my heritage photo collection on Flickr and I hopefully I can get out and do some more photography.
