Fotografie ist schon lange ein Thema bei mir, sehr lange. In den 60er Jahren als kleiner Junge mit der Kamera meines Vaters. 70er Jahre dann eigene Kameras von Canon und Nikon. Eigenes SW Labor, das dann dem Kinderzimmer weichen musste. Bei einem Fotografen weiter im Labor geholfen. Dias ersetzten die SW Bilder, dann der Bruch, Digital wollte ich nicht, alles verkauft, keine Lust mehr. Dann bekam ich vor 15 Jahren eine kleine Bridge Kamera in die Hand. Seither bin ich wieder unterwegs in Sachen Fotografie. Als Ausrüstung benutze ich Lumix Camaras, MFT doch auch Vollformat je nach Situation. Einmal im Monat gebe ich Fotokurse für besondere Erwachsene.

Photography has been a part of my life for a very long time. It started back in the 60s when I was a young boy using my father's camera. In the 70s, I moved on to my own Canon and Nikon cameras and even had my own black-and-white darkroom—though that eventually had to make way for a children's room. I also gained further darkroom experience by assisting a professional photographer. Slides eventually replaced black-and-white prints, followed by a break: I didn't want to go digital, so I sold everything and lost interest. Then, 15 years ago, I got my hands on a small bridge camera. Since then, I’ve been back into photography. My gear consists of Lumix cameras—using both Micro Four Thirds (MFT) and full-frame systems, depending on the situation. Once a month, I teach photography classes for adults with special needs.
