Not really a King in Narnia...a retired photographer (but not retired in general) - dabbling again with photography - trying to re-engage my muse....

My older stuff was shot using various Canon Cameras (5D Mark II, 50D, 20D, Canon S5 IS PowerShot, and also Canon Elan7 with slide or 35mm film) but mostly these days are taken with my iPhone.

I got my first camera when I was about 8 years old - I've taken pictures on 110 cartridge, 126 cartridge, Polaroid, Kodak Disc film etc. I've been capturing life around me, off and on, ever since.

My new stuff will be shot with a Canon 5D Mark iii, Canon 5D Mark ii, Canon 7D and my film work will be shot with a Canon 1N - RS 35mm film camera (and a ton of freezer film). Sometimes my new stuff will still be shot with my iPhone 16 pro max, because let's face it, they really take great photographs!

I administer a second group, which is more somber called "Life in the Time of the Fall..." - This group focuses on decline, decay, abandoned places, businesses, objects. The glass is not half full in this 2nd group :). This aligns with a 2026 photo project I plan. (click the photo below for the link)

Finally I am the Admin for the Group CHILDHOOD: A Pictorial Archive. Ask to join and post your photos there. This group is secure invite only group, with a well moderated pool of photographs.

“You don't make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.”

― Ansel Adams
