I got my first camera from my Grandma when I was in grade school. I believe it shot 110 film and didn't last very long. The digital age came along and I got a point and shoot and became increasingly frustrated the ability to control the cameras settings and get the shot I was after. A friend let me try their DSLR near the end of 2006 and I was hooked. In 2007 I bought my first DSLR and a whole bunch of cameras and lenses later, here we are. I sold all of my camera gear in 2020 not having much time to give to photography and in 2025 picked things back up and have been having a blast.
