A guy who wears his Wellington Boots 7/7 no matter what the weather even when its very hot. Occasionally wear waders.Love rubber gloves, aprons etc.... happy to correspond with like minded people. I also passionately believe that wearing Wellingtons in public is an important part of the fun to encourage others to do the same.
