I picked up my first camera on a family vacation with my mum and dad and I am happy to say that my first picture was of the two of them holding each other and smiling back at me somewhere along the coast of Oregon. I was ten at the time and from that point on I have not stopped taking pictures.

My artistic name is Natalia Jayne, my first name and my second name combined. I chose this combination because it best describes my mixed background of half Spanish and half English and the duality of both my cultures and upbringing. For me It symbolizes and reminds me of the Ying and the Yang of my life, in the life of others and the world that I live in.

At present I am living in Málaga, Spain, where I have been living with my family for four years. Before that we lived in Vancouver, Canada for 27 years.

Living in Málaga, Spain has given me the opportunity to explore and connect with my Spanish roots once again.

Andalucia is a beautiful place filled with diverse landscapes,

architecture, people, history, character and charm. There is not a day that goes by that I am not struck by it incredible beauty.

The majority of my of work has been focused on my years here in Málaga, Spain.
