Morgain Bailey is an American artist who lives in northern Maine. Her multi-faceted creative work combines photography, painting and printmaking with public art projects that center on practices of belonging and visual meditation. She grew up on the California coast, roamed around a lot and then chose to make a home in the northeastern United States in 2015. Now she maintains a studio in the small city of Presque Isle, Maine. Her work is collected internationally and has been shown in galleries and museums across the United States. Artemis Gallery in Northeast Harbor, Maine frequently carries her paintings and photographs.
