Born and raised in Bucks County, Pa, moved back in the early 2010's

Technically I am a professional photographer, but I have always viewed it as a hobby.

First experience was a freshman in HS and took photography and a friend who was a senior was also in the class. He was a notrious joker and I barely passed the class.

Then was on and off in the 80's when I was in the USAF, but didn't get serious until I found it was a good way to get out of standing in boring ceremonies. It pissed off the Public Affairs hacks but no one stopped me.

Some how got the idea to do model photography in the late 2000's. I have done many shoots at all sorts of locations and a few studios, but I think those days are over. Just not as fun as it used to be.

In the past 5 years I have been flying quadcopters, or as they are called drones. (Yes I know it is nitpicking, but they are quadcopter after all, when people say drone I think of the Predator or Reaper.) Except for my very first drone, a Potensic something, all my drones have been DJI. They are a bit pricey but the quality and cameras are unbeatable even on the less expensive models! I lost a Mavic Air 2 in a swamp in Florida in 2022, just disappeared less than 100 yards away! But the drones are amazing, and always checking out features and learning new things.

Had a Flickr Pro account for many years, over 30K photos. It was my main online repository for photos and short videos. But then they started with the community standards bullshit. I worked to bring my account into line with the standards but it never seemed to be enough. So one morning I just deleted the entire account. And after a couple of months restarted a pro account, see what happens.
