Photography is a hobby, among many other pastimes. It began when I was young and went walking with dad mainly in the Yorkshire Dales, focus was on waterfalls and landscapes. In those days i had a Olympus with a couple of lens, from wide to tele.

Work and family life pushed the hobby way down priorities.

Now retired interest is back in taking images of what catches my eye. Being a member of Howden Camera Club has also opened up many other subjects to try, being inspired by fellow photographers.

Currently I use either my Samsung S23 taking both JPEG and RAW or Canon 6D MKII.
