In 2007 I discovered a book entitled "1001 Gardens You Must See Before You Die" (Rae Spencer - Jones, 2007). I have loved searching it for gardens to visit where ever I find myself. My golfing husband played golf and I visited gardens in various locations around the world. But when Covid hit at the same time that we moved into a condo, my use of the book significantly increased! I lost my large garden and at the same time lost most social activities. We took covid trips across the country instead - golfing and garden visiting from one end of the country to the other. I had always intended to put my Nikon camera to better use. I took it along and studied how to use it as we traveled. Once we were able to get on a plane again we resumed our world travels and I discovered for myself many world class gardens everywhere we went. I am excited to share these experiences via Flickr!
