I'm a forty something gal, who has always been inspired in life by photography - there's so much more to 'see' through the lens of a camera than I ever thought existed.

Moved from Bristol, England (born and raised) to beautiful British Columbia, Canada - Vancouver Island to be precise in July 2005. We started out in Victoria, but moved up to the Comox Valley (Black Creek), in August 2007 to a little cabin out in paradise - we love it :o)

Married since 1988 to a wonderful man called Dean - the absolute love of my life. We have two very cute, and very playful ginger-point siamese mix cats, Bear & Lily, who are often the subject of my photos (they've learn to tolerate a camera thrust into their faces when they least expect it).

I also have a small home-based photography craft business making greeting cards and prints from some of my photos. You can check it out here: www.thecardcabin.com and of course don't forget to stop and buy something while you're there!! Hee Hee :o)

Your photos are truly stunning and very professional. You are a very talented photographer and should be proud of your collection. I am amazed at the detail in most of your flower shots.
