Bill Tice - Long time Oregon birder moved to S Ecuador in March of 2024. After 5 visits to the country, and now retired, Bill and his wife Rosie wanted to live out the rest of their lives in a place where the weather was great, cost of living less, and (for Bill) where there were plenty of birds.
