My Grandpa handed me his Polaroid camera sometime in the early 1950's, and I was transfixed, watching the image materialize before us. Our Dad bought me a Brownie Holiday Flash when we moved to Tennessee in the mid 50's, and I was off shooting 110 film as I could afford to. Point and shoot.
Upon leaving service in the 1970's, I acquired an Yashica 35mm SLR. I used that for nearly a decade, after which time, my ability to afford my camera addiction kicked in, beginning with the venerable Pentax IstDs. I still shoot that camera to this day. Fujifilm is my go to cam of choice when walking with Little Lucy Lou (🐩<-Little Lucy, Toy Poodle).
We also carry Panasonics and a few Canons from time to time to keep what's left of my brain active while Lucy takes care of our cardio-vascular systems. If you love dogs, hope you find some entertainment in our photos.
