this gallery is dedicated to stanley kubrick's 2001: a space odyssey, an artistic masterpiece of production design, practical effects & cinematography.

it is a collection of images from across the web and is intended as a resource for those interested in both the movie and the book.

it is also a tribute to the superb workmanship of artisans and craftspeople involved in its creation and continued promotion, who's collaborative works were inspired on, under stanley's direction, to create this masterpiece of cinema.
