ARCS Foundation, Inc., Honolulu Chapter works to advance science in America by providing unrestricted ARCS Scholar grants to outstanding doctoral students in STEM disciplines at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa. Since our founding as a women-led non-profit organization in 1974, we have provided more than $2 million to more than 600 ARCS Scholars.
