Full time Firefighter and amateur photographer. Have been exposed to photography by my brother Joel (JoelGrimes.com) since he developed a passion for photography in High School. It never really interested me until I came back from my first trip to New York City and was dissapointed in my snapshots. I decided I needed to learn some basic photography. Once I started learning and seeing results, my interest really exploded. Now I am hooked, and trying to learn as much as possible.

I believe it is truly a Golden Age for amateur photographers.
