Back in the 80's, I was inspired to take up landscape photography after viewing the work of Ansel Adams. Tom Till, Galen Rowell, and Jim Brandenburg were also photographers I admired. I started out with a 35mm Canon AE-1, shooting print, slide, and black and white film. Eventually I built a home darkroom and loved that whole process. It was an expensive hobby and as digital photography was coming into vogue, I kind of lost interest. Well the spark has been rekindled and I've made the transition to digital photography. I'm excited about getting back into it and I've really been inspired by the great photographers I'm seeing on Flickr! Thank you for viewing my work!
