The Free to Smile Foundation delivers comprehensive, high-quality surgical and dental services to impoverished and underserved children and adolescents. Together with our volunteers and partner organizations, we provide free surgical, dental, speech, hearing, and educational care to children born with cleft lip, cleft palate, and related abnormalities.
