I love ART!-Any and all types. Lately I've been exploring painting. I would say it is more experimental at this time. I am studying a lot of different styles, types of paint, brushes, and other medium as I have the inclination. In the past year I've mostly experimented with watercolor, acrylic, and oil. As I've 'practiced' more with different paints, so far acrylic is my favorite. I do like oil and the end result, but have a hard time waiting for the paint to dry before wanting to add or change something. I'm not impatient but sometimes its taken 4 maybe 5 days for the oil to dry. And yes I have used medium to make it dry faster. Regardless...I keep going back to acrylic but have started incorporating some oil finishing touches onto the acrylic to bring out certain aspects, lines, or shapes. I would think most of my work so far has been more or less abstract. I love trees and birds and have sketched a few over the previous years but started painting them now. Aside from trees and birds, I just like to start with a background color and the rest is inspired as I work on the painting. I don't adhere to the 'realism' of things in my art. Other people are much better at that. When I see and think of something it is abstract and that's what I capture.

I have always doodled and drew things in the past and may include some of those pieces at some point-but they are very elementary.

I do not have a formal art education, however I am educated and degreed but that is in business and information technology. So if at some time I decide I might try to sell anything I can tap into that knowledge.

Short of a degree in something artsy, I have spent numerous hours ( probably over 1000 hours) watching many YouTube, tik-tok, and Instagram videos on styles, history, current themes, and artist just having fun sharing their work.

All art and images in my photo stream are original pieces composed\created by me unless noted otherwise. If noted otherwise...I will reference the artist and\or piece as they deserve just as much attention, recognition, and accolades.

If any of my pieces are shared I would expect nothing less.
