First: I am not an artist, or pretend to be one, I just like to make images using AI generators and use Photoshop for editing. All these discussions on AI is destroying real art and the people who use AI generators are making misuse of real photo's....... As long as you clearly tag your images with "AI generated" I really can't see the harm in doing it !!!

Before I post an image I have -generated- (tweaked) many images before I am satisfied with the result and find it worth posting. So I believe the real creativity (if I may call it that) in AI generated images lies in the person who selects "that" specific image out of the many presented images generated by AI.

All my images are totally generated based on my prompts in the AI generator and choice of style/filters and effects. (only for a very few I used an existing photo, but if so I will mention it.)

I just try to create what pops in my mind (or for a specific theme challenge), no specific style/direction. (But I seem to have quite a few nautical/water related images) Like to try out the different options Dall-E3 - PS Beta (and PhotoMania which is free to download form internet) offers me as these are the programs I use.

I start with an idea, look at the first results and start tweaking till I get a result which is pleasing to me, (I might end up with something different then the original idea as the first results lead me another way...)Then, if needed, work on the style and effects and then I run it trough Photoshop for photo-editing/manipulating the small things which I think needs to be changed/removed/added. I like to keep it a realistic image. Sometimes I use "PhotoMania" which allows me to give it a complete different style at the end,

One thing......; for me the overall image is more important than the "nifty gritty" details.

I am not in a race to get the most faves/comments (having said that; I really appreciate if you do but only if you really appreciate the image and not only to comply with the groups saying Post 1/Award xxx numbers. !).

How do I pick the images I fave and comment?; I look in the groups I joined and when my eye catches an image I like I will fave and comment. I don't look at names who posted the image but obviously a lot of them are from whom I follow as there seems to be a common interest. I don't fave/comment for the sake of faving/commenting!!

If you have constructive advise on how to improve my images/creations I will most certainly welcome them,
