Happy to be part of the vast photographic community on Flickr with everyone sharing in great images to inspire each other.

Having spent a number of years selling cameras to the general public, I'm more or less privy to the various models and technology readily available to buyers so sharing that knowledge and imaging examples on this platform can be of great inspiration to many other people too.

I began with a Fuji bridge to seamlessly zoom between wide angle to greater focal range and then got into DSLRs with a Nikon D3000 and mid range bodies like the D90 which I filmed an experimental short with being the the first DSLR to shoot video.

My last SLR is a 5D Mark III which you may spot some of my work that it was shot with.

I shoot primarily landscapes and under long exposures in particular with an ND filter as you can capture something otherworldly with the speed and sense of motion recorded in camera.

My gear now is a Sony A7 IV for my top shooter and a Fuji X100VI for something more lightweight as a high end point and shoot.

Having left DSLRs behind, I jumped on the Sony bandwagon for their exceptional lens library and some unique focal lengths I mainly use especially my 14mm f/1.8 G Master prime which is my go to lens for all things wide angle.

I love Fuji who deliver arguably the best images on the APS-C format with very rich colours and the range of Film Simulations help to further express other types of photography such as street and portrait.

Patience is the way to great photos and that's where it becomes an art form. Enjoy 😁.
