Patricia & Me

About us: Some time ago, I read that all of us are on a spectrum as regards our sexuality, with some of us being predominantly male, others predominantly female and good number of us occupying the more nebulous space between. This made sense to me and an online survey I completed suggested that I fall somewhere around 65% male and 35% female as regards gender identification.

As far as the world is concerned, I am a sixty-something hubby and father-of-four who had lived as a man for those six decades and who has, for the most part been quite happy to do so. But I have always had a feminine side too. This is Patricia, who has made her presence felt from time to time and more insistently in recent years. So it feels like time to give Patricia her time in the light and to find out more about her. I dressed in my mother’s clothes as a kid (and from an early age) and again in my wife’s at infrequent intervals over the years but, lately I have begun to buy my own. I make a point of wearing at least one item of female apparel every day now and it feels natural and right for me and for Patricia.

I see Patricia as the twin sister I always wanted and this Flickr account will be her place where she will be free to be herself for the first time.

What Patricia likes: Patricia is a girly girl. She likes pretty things and pastel colours, flowers, beauty in nature, old buildings, clothes (of course), especially the fashion of the 50s, 60s and 70s. She likes sexy lingerie, lace and lovely things, jewellery, make up and lipstick. And high heels and the colour pink. The photos we post and our favorites from other Flickr members will give a pretty good idea of the things that give her a buzz. She loves the novels of Jane Austen, rom-coms and the popular music of the 60s and 70s. And she doesn’t believe that there is such a thing as too many books…or shoes.

Naturally, Patricia and I share a lot of likes… motorbikes (especially Nortons), vintage cars, good books, journeys by train, walking in the woods and a glass of wine by the fireside on winter nights.

I am hetero and Patricia is a lesbian gurl who likes feminine curves and girls and gurls who take pride in their appearance and rejoice in and celebrate their femininity. Patricia is happy in her skin now and she likes to see other girls, women and ladies be happy in theirs too.

While I am the one who set up this Flickr account and the one who takes the photos and does the posting, it is not my account as such. This is all about Patricia.

My bossy alter ego thinks that he knows everything about us but he doesn’t. I love him to bits but I don’t tell him everything so here are a few things that I like and that he doesn’t know about:- witchy stuff and fairy tales, paintings of woodland scenes, cartoons (especially sissy and TG toons), dolls, Second Life T-Girls (he has no interest in Second Life), photos of girls and women being themselves, little pink cars, lace, make-up, cats, Soul music and formal dresses (on girls and T-girls). I get to pick most of the photos we favorite but I have to let him pick some too. This accounts for the curvy naked girl shots and the faves of buildings and trucks. I’m happy to share, though. After so long in the shadows, it’s nice to be doing something together and this is fun!

Oh, and neither of us want to see anybody else’s cock, thanks, and we won’t be following anyone who is on here to show theirs to the world.
