Institute of Corporate Directors caters for management development training and consultancy research. Recently the institute‘s role has been reviewed and its mandate expanded to accommodate management training needs for public services so to say; Parastatals and Non- Governmental Organizations, and conducts research that cover areas like; Corporate Governance, Finance Management, Human Resources Management, Feasibility of Projects, Project Evaluation and Result based management to mentioned but a few.
