My name is George Garner, a retired teacher living in the suburbs of Houston, Texas, USA. I have dabbled as an amateur/hobbyist photographer with an interest in most any genre of imaging except for portraits. After some time away from snapping pictures on film, I am back into it using a digital format featuring nature, landscape, and sports photography. Being relatively new to digital, I also consider myself in the novice/learner stage. I am using Nikon bridge cameras (L30, L310, L330, L820, L830) along with a Nikon D3300.
