Still getting the hang of this 'photography with a camera and not an iphone' thing. I do this as a hobby, no intention to be "professional", so don't expect any of my work to be top-notch. This is more of a place where I can share the stories that accompany the photos I take, as I do quite enjoy writing. This serves as a place of things I find interesting.

My main focus for my photography is transportation / heavy machinery. My two largest interests are Trains and Semi trucks, though stuff like transit and heavy machinery such as cranes or wheel loaders will also make appearances. Non-transportation photography is also something I take interest in (albeit to a lesser degree) and thus, you will find that here too.

I currently roster a simple point-and-shoot camera, as it was gifted to me by a family member and I currently do not have the funds for a fancy, proper photo camera. I personally wish to pursue videography more over photography, so a video camera is definitely my next major purchase, and my photos likely will not transform in quality for that reason - for a while.
