I always enjoyed tinkering around with cameras as a boy. later processing black and white film, spending hours in a makeshift darkroom, watching the images slowly appear like magic in the developer as I rocked the tray under the dull red light.

Using old film lenses on mirrorless cameras has reinvigorated my passion for creating an image. Autofocus is amazing, but somehow it takes away the hands on, analogue, and shear physical process of picture taking for me.

Light, subject, then composition in this order. I never run out of subjects, they are there, you just have to observe and use your imagination. Luckily my expectations are not very high, therefore often I come home with a shot I like. And every photo is unique.
