The term "Pelagic" evokes all that happens on, in, and around the water - an expansive realm that fascinates me endlessly. Meanwhile, "Lens" conjures up the crucial piece of equipment through which a photographer views the world. By combining these two concepts, I arrived at the title here, which encompasses the many passions and pursuits that drive me. In this account, I aim to share with you the thoughts and visual images that cross my mind - sometimes fleetingly, sometimes lingering - as I go about my daily life on the water, whether sailing or simply living. Expect to find a wealth of content that encompasses the many facets of nautical life, travel, industry, and a lifetime of adventure.

Throughout my career, I've worn many hats as a photographer: from capturing stories as a Photojournalist, to documenting weddings and events, to teaching others how to perfect their craft. Today, I'm retired from working for anyone but myself, and I take great pleasure in experimenting, posting, and filling my days with the images I've captured over the years.
