Welcome, I'm an novice photographer and started many years ago with the 35mm throw away cameras taking pictures of airplanes and landscape. In 2016 I purchased a Nikon D5500 and had two kit lenses. I upgraded in 2018 adding a Sigma 150-600mm 'C' lens and loved taking pictures of wildlife and the stars. In mid 2022 I purchased a Nikon D850 and my first 'Prime Lens' for Astrophotography. I enjoy the Smoky Mountain area of Eastern TN and Western NC and all the natural beauty and wildlife. I do basic editing and someday hope to learn how to use Lightroom / Photoshop, or Capture One or some other photo editing software. Maybe this old dog can learn something new.
