Joe Hermes is a Bloomington, Illinois-based singer/songwriter with a deeply emotive style that takes in rock, outlaw country, and the troubadour tradition. Joe is a strong-willed Old Soul with little regard for following the rules and fearlessly takes on difficult topics including spirituality, addiction, and loss. His debut release, Souls With Stones EP, comes out September 6th, 2019 and was recorded in Nashville. The record features guest appearances by many top aces, including guitar icon Brent Mason, Buddy Hyatt (former Toto Keyboardist), and standout vocalist Mike Farris, and is expected to bring Joe and his songs to a much larger audience.
