I am now retired and am able to spend time most days enjoying all genres of photography. I only started to use Flickr at the end of 2023 and have loved seeing other people's work. I've joined my local camera club and this has led me to try photographing things that are new to me. I got my first SLR in 1982, and I am a bit of a gear collector.

I am a Jack of all trades, and master of none, but my current projects are monochrome and macro, both areas that I have shied away from in the past.
