Greetings and welcome to my Flickr site. I am a keen amateur with a passion for photography. Based on the western side of Washington State, U.S., and the majority of florals, wildlife, and landscape photographs are from the local area of the Key, Olympic, and Quimper Peninsulas. Most of the florals are from my garden, with many additions from the local horticultural sites abundent in this area.

Started my photography journey in 1972, as a teenager with a Kodak Instamatic, visiting my roots in Norway. Returning to serious pursuit of photography with the purchase of a FujiFilm 3000 and following with the Canon 40D and processing software, Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop in early '05s, I began to process my own photographs and develop my style. Currently shooting with the marvelous Canon 5DmkIV.

Now retired, visits further afield are planned, and as such this website is a work in progress.
