I’m a laid back, easy going 64 year old guy from near Manchester, UK

I grew up and live in Stockport, north west England

I’m into my sixties now, I had a fantastic collection on here some years ago but sadly issues with the Flickr bosses, rule changes etc caused it to be deleted. I lost 1,000’s of photos but hey ….

Then I had another issue with Flickr - why I was picked on I do not know as there are 1,000’s of other Flickr users that do exactly the same as I did????

I do not currently have a ‘proper’ camera but hope to get a new one very soon. I have had a Nikon D800, a Nikon Coolpix B700 and also Sony and Panasonic compact cameras.

Currently I am just using the camera on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and it’s not too bad, occasionally I use the camera on my iPad Pro as well.

I post photos from on my travels - scenery, buildings, landscapes and things that catch my attention as well as doing a lot of TV caps and I do some edits on shared pics.

I have recently got into Ai generated images using various platforms such as MidJourney, Leonardo and Catbird
