All about birds and travel, I'm an admittedly point-and-shoot, amateur photographer. Having friends who are professional photographers, I know the difference. For the little time and effort my simple point-and-shoot techniques require, the resultant images are surprisingly satisfying. I do work, however, at getting to places that interest me and recognizing photographic opportunities. Poignancy and beauty are my quarry.
