The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), a public service organization representing over 3,000 law enforcement executives, primarily African Americans, is at the forefront of providing solutions to law enforcement and public safety issues and concerns, as well as, to the ever-changing needs of communities they protect and serve. Since 1976, The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) has served as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to justice by action.
