Vannunsiam Bawm is a development and humanitarian worker with over 22 years of experience in a range of development issues. He has worked with local, national, and international development and humanitarian organizations including UNDP, World Vision Bangladesh, BHDC, BNKS, GRAUS, and CAF in different position. He managed successfully project management, project design, budgeting, guideline and policy design as well as consultancy for baseline and end-line projects. His development experience spans mostly in Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh. In addition, he has wrote many books and articles on the Bawm's literature and culture.
