Allen Maestas is a native New Mexican photographer that specializes in landscape,wildlife, and architectural photography. Allen’s niche is capturing nature and rural landscapes. His passion has been molded and crafted by his exploration of the spectacular and enchanting natural scenery in New Mexico. Allen is a home-based, self taught photographer. Allen developed his photography skills as he fine tuned his personal style and artistic creations. Allen has had a keen interest in nature landscapes and found inspiration from Ansel Adams photography and the self-made, American artist Georgia O’keeffe.

Allen Maestas was born in Albuquerque, NM. He is a family oriented father that has instilled the love and passion for wildlife and the outdoors in his children. Allen began taking photos during his many outings and excursions with his family. This evolved into a great passion and life-long hobby. Allen is an established photographer that has had many of his breathtaking photos published online and in magazines, and featured in art shows, galleries and iconic buildings in New Mexico.
